Reminder - NSF Funded I-Corps Innovation Training Program: Spring 2026 Cohort

Do you have a brilliant idea—but does the market actually want it? The UAF I-Corps Customer Discovery Program is a high-intensity sprint designed to take your concept out of the lab and stress-test it against the real world. Through the NSF-funded I-Corps program, you will:

• Move from "assuming" what the market needs to "knowing" via direct customer insights.
• Identify end-users' needs and adapt your value proposition that fits to their must-have gains.

All applicants will be reviewed by the UAF team to assess their application. In addition to attending all workshop sessions (~8 hours), participants of the I-Corps program are expected to commit to conducting a minimum of 20 interviews (~30-35 hours outside of workshop sessions). Full class attendance by all team members is mandatory.

For those looking to validate an idea or iterate to build something people want, customer discovery is a must. This is your feedback loop, if you want your startup to grow and scale.
